Why Nandini Vidyanikethana

  • Child Centred Education
  • Individual attention
  • Discourage giving notes, memorising and reproducing in the exam
  • Encourage assimilation of concepts & application of the same and reproducing them with understanding in child’s own words.
  • In other words carrying forward residual knowledge than scoring high marks by rote memory
  • Personal interaction of teachers with students and parents.
  • One period is set aside at the end of every day for the students to clear the day’s difficulties. During this period helping the slow learners by the class teachers and other teachers takes place. The students who have no problem, sharpen their knowledge by co-operative learning.
  • We have continuous assessment through class tests, monthly tests, mid-term tests and terminal exams. Every week in every class at least two subjects are tested.
  • After every exam parents are invited to the school for meeting the class teacher and other teachers.
  • Also parents are welcome to meet teachers and Principal on any day (Monday to Friday) from 2.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. We give lots of importance for those meetings with the parents as these meetings would be very helpful for the child’s progress in every aspects of development.
  • We have found our way of teaching very productive and bring in desired result. This is evident from all the past Board exams where all the batches got 100% pass with above first class marks. Also our students are well accepted by higher educational institutions. They perform well academically and in other activities. Some have gone beyond the boundaries of our country and doing well.
  • We believe in grooming our children to take up the challenges of the Society with confidence, competence and compassion and thus be useful and successful citizens of our great nation.
